Food CONFESSION

DETOX

Thanks to modern living and the convenience of 6 macdonalds, 3 KFC, 1 krispy creme, 8pizza joint within a 6km radius from my house. I have been severely bingeing on big macs, double downs, pizzas, and glazed donuts! My body is really feeling the effect and so is my face! The wake up call was the Fitness and Health expo i went to on Saturday. Wake up call for a major diet overhaul. What better way to kick start a healthy eating regime again then to begin with a 7 day detox program to renew my body.

My 7 day detox program

Day 1- Liquid only
Day 2- liquid and fruit ONLY
Day 3- Add raw vegetables
Day 4- Add cooked vegetable and brown rice
Day 5- Add Beans, lentils, nuts and seeds
Day 6- Add grains and live yogurt
Day 7- Add fish

Stelz Confession: I told my friends that Im starting monday. (I never said which monday) That was last monday and I only lasted a day. No more giving in to tempatation. Will power will be my new best friend not maccas big mac!

    the next time you crave junk food think of your body and how it breaks down the bad stuff - it goes straight to your butt and thighs girlfriend! and it clogs your arteries pretty much heart attack woman !
